FontGen

Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026. Your privacy is one of our main priorities. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use FontGen at fontgen.site, and how it may be used.

If you have questions about this policy, please contact us through the contact page.

Information we collect

You do not need an account to use our tools, and in general you can use the font generator without giving us any personal information. The text you type is converted in your browser.

We use, or may use, third-party services for website statistics, advertising, and performance and security. These include Google Analytics, Google advertising services such as Google AdSense or Google Ad Manager, and Cloudflare. Through cookies, local storage, web beacons and similar technologies, these services may automatically collect details such as your IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, referring pages and activity on the site.

If you contact us by email or through the contact page, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message.

How we use information

Information stored on your device

To remember your favorites, saved Studio styles and recently copied styles, the site uses your browser local storage. This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Log files

Like most websites, we and our hosting providers may keep server logs. These can include IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time, referring and exit pages and the number of clicks. Logs are generally not linked to personal identity and are used to study trends, run the site and keep it secure.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, local storage and similar tools to remember preferences, measure usage, improve performance, protect the site and support advertising. Some are needed for the site to work and stay secure. Others are used for statistics and advertising and, where the law requires, are used only after you give consent. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. It can collect usage data such as page views, device and browser details, approximate location and interaction events. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Advertising

We may show ads provided by Google and its partners. They may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers and IP address information to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure results, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

Depending on your region, device settings and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized ads can still use limited data such as general location, browser details and page context.

Manage personalized advertising settings: https://adssettings.google.com/

Opt out of some third-party personalized advertising: https://www.aboutads.info/

We do not control the cookies and technologies that Google or other advertising providers use once their services load on the site.

Your consent choices

Where the law requires consent for analytics or advertising, we ask for it and respect your choice. You can change your choice at any time through the Privacy and cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser data.

Third-party privacy policies

This policy does not cover other advertisers, services or websites. Please read the privacy policies of providers such as Google and Cloudflare to learn about their data practices and your choices.

Data security

We try to protect your information with commercially reasonable measures. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

FontGen is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page and changes apply once they are posted.
